Your tasks and responsibilities You are responsible for setting up and maintaining the time management terminals for our customers You will administer the Windows and Linux systems within the P&I-LogaAll-in environment You are responsible for the network infrastructure of the customer's time management system (planning and maintenance) You create quotations and monitor the order processing of LOGA hardware components in SAP S/4HANA You will process customer inquiries (first / second level support), carry out error analyses and take over communication with the software or hardware manufacturer The level of pay is based on a salary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.
