Legal Secretary

iRecruit4 are currently in search of a Legal Secretary for a warm and esteemed law firm is in search of a proficient and skilled Legal Secretary to become a valued member of our Private Client Department. We seek an individual capable of delivering exceptional support within our clients organisation. Previous experience within a legal firm is highly desirable.
This client operates in three locations locally to Cirencester.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate impeccable secretarial abilities, particularly in fast and accurate audio typing.
• Exhibit strong organisational skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with clients and a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone.
• Show eagerness to learn and take on progressively more responsibility and autonomy.
• Possess a dynamic and highly motivated demeanor.
• Capably prepare legal documents.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Duties will be varied and include:

• Typing and amending legal documentation
• Transcription of digital dictation
• Diary management
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals via telephone and email
• File management
• General administration support

Our client is looking for full-time arrangements. For full-time positions, the hours would typically be from 9:00 to 17:30, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start times can be flexible to accommodate school runs.
The salary ranges from £28,0000 to 30,000, depending on experience.
