Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (Mostly Remote with some travel required)
Daily Rate: Competitive
Expected Duration: ASAP to 30/5/2025.

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will plan, execute and monitor your projects, where you will build strong relationships with your business stakeholders, understanding their strategic direction, processes and requirements to become their trusted advisor on all elements of the project delivery. You will have both experience working in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and equally be able to adapt to traditional project management approaches as required, to support the business' objectives. You will be accountable for delivering your projects in full and their alignment with the agreed benefits through a value driven approach.

Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:

the scope of your assigned projects (both software/products and/or infrastructure projects) and the production of relevant project deliverables and assurance artefacts.
project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate, in a timely manner.
the expectations and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
effective change control by ensuring project change impacts are assessed and communicated so all parties are aligned.
an effective project business change approach to ensure business adoption is successful and the ROI can be realised.
project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date.
and distribute timely status reporting with key metrics to appropriate stakeholders.
and align with the organisation's processes, governance framework and best practice.
and engage in all stages of the agile development process - planning, stand-up, show-and-tell and retrospective ceremonies.
closely with the product owners to ensure the backlog is sufficiently prioritised for the next iteration.
coach and motivate the project team.
with openness, honesty and respect in all situations and be adept at conflict resolution and direction setting.

Your experience / Background / Core Skills

Experience as a HR IT specialist (Payroll, Reward etc.).
Experience working in SAAS, SAP and Service Now.
End to End implementation experience ideally as a Technical Project Manager.
have Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written that inspire confidence in business stakeholders and the team.
commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets and resource utilisation.
well organised and able to respond to changing priorities.
and flexible with the ability to rapidly understand ambiguous and complex concepts.
to take and understand the commitment to deliver the project on time through the use of Agile tools (where appropriate), the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
have worked extensively with geographically distributed teams on and offshore.
