Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

We are seeking two dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. You will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the nursery and ensuring the well-being and development of each child.

Role -

• To complete observations on all children and focusing particularly on their key children. To assess childrens development and plan and carry out activities based on their interests and areas requiring improvement, following the Early Years Foundation Stage Education. To keep key childrens learning journeys up-to-date and strong communication links with their parents. To make sure that the provision has an outstanding environment meeting the needs of all children from differing cultures, religious backgrounds, and stages of development. To ensure that children experience a happy, safe, and secure environment at all times. To ensure poorly children are comfortable and looked after. To wash and change children as necessary. To liaise with parents and other family members and share their childs learning with them.

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification in Early Childhood Education or relevant field - Level 3
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to drive and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred

Shifts are 8-5pm or 9:
15-6:
15pm
Salary is up to £28.730 pa depending on experience.
