Account Executive

Stellar Global is recruiting a part time Account executive to work with our 3rd party retail teams across the UK and Ireland. We offer £18k to work 3 days per week.

Stellar Global is a progressive, inclusive retail experience agency that believes in the power of people. In this role the regional retail supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Sage Appliances, Therabody and Electrolux accounts and Product Expert teams for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role is mainly a field role in the UK and Ireland, so the ability to travel and stay away from home will be essential.

Overall purpose of the role:

• Support Sage Appliances, Therabody and Electrolux account team on weekends, helping deliver these campaigns to a high standard

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage staff compliance to aid successful delivery of physical campaigns (aiming for 100% compliance)
• Support with the training of staff across UK & Ireland, visiting staff on a regular basis (minimum 2 weekends per month travelling to stores with occasional overnight stays)
• Deliver outstanding client service
• Be familiar with up to date account reporting processes (admin)

Essential Skills:

• A proven track record of excellent performance and attendance
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good IT skills on Microsoft office
• A motivated, can-do mindset
• The confidence to take on a challenge and own it
• A natural curiosity and the drive to identify new ways to get results
• A collaborator who works smart with others to solve problems
• Frequent travel with overnight stays

Desirable Skills:

• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own car with insurance for business use
• Experience in leading teams either in a similar role on the field or in a retail environment

Role details:

• Part-time: 22.5 hours per week
• Work pattern: Friday - Sunday, 9am-5.30pm (with occasional work required during the week)
• London based role with travel to stores across UK and Ireland expected
