Based in Epsom, you will be an integral part of the administration team.
This role is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:
30am -5:
00 pm.
You will need to have a can-do attitude, great time management skills, ability to prioritise and self-manage workload.
As a Medical Secretary, some of your Duties will include:
First point of contact with patients and visitors Appointments are made accurately and patient admission folders are prepared and ready for the patients' arrival Making sure surgery lists are up to date and supplies are ready for the doctors Arranging operating lists with doctors, anesthetists, surgeons, and patients Efficient and timely medical typing and Dictaphone service You will be responsible for the doctor's clinic material Provide reception cover when clinics are taking place Payments are taken as required and processed accordingly Patient invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner To be successful in this role:
Previous Medical administration experience is a must.
At least 2+ years experience.
