Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and create personalized treatment plans
Implement various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and activities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
Utilize specialized equipment and assistive devices as needed
Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for continued improvement outside of therapy sessions
Document accurately and maintain detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in physical therapy techniques and treatments
Follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient care and privacy

Applicant Requirements:
BLS Certification
CA Physical Therapist License
2 years Physical Therapist experience required
