We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will oversee the success and growth of our inside sales team.
You will lead a team of business development representatives in a high-volume, outbound, and inbound lead generation environment.
The success of this role is measured by building a fun, inclusive, and results-driven environment with a team that attains activity-based metrics while qualifying new prospective partners to meet sales revenue goals.
• Responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day activities of the Business Development team through high volume phone-based activity and call coaching to drive results

+ Continuous optimization of talk tracks and emails and make recommendations for future call campaigns and focus

+ Actively and consistently coach, motivate, train and develop team on strategies and tactics as it relates to the success of the role

+ Work closely with marketing and sales to optimize pipeline creation, maintain data integrity and efficient lead handoff

+ Monitor and refine lead processes; continuously optimize SFDC

+ Inspire, motivate and bring innovation to the sales process and accelerate our market growth trajectory- work collaboratively with marketing, sales-ops, and global peers

+ Set expectations for commissions, including the determination of activity, coverage/territory, sales expectations, and delivery of reporting requirements to effectively conduct discussions

+ Passion for people.
Conduct personal and career development discussions with the goal of growing and preparing high performing BDRs into the next steps in their sales career

+ Be directly involved in the hiring process of the Business Development team

+ Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, and high energy #team working environment

+ Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated team leader and passionate sales coach with high emotional intelligence and a natural inclination to win with the team

+ Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the BDR team by example

+ Problem solver and self-starter with the ability to be resourceful and tackle challenges

+ Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a fast-growth environment and accountable for the team's success

+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently

+ Desire to work within and contribute to an inclusive team environment

+ You are someone who flourishes when given responsibility and a sense of ownership

+ You are passionate about technology and being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company and bonus if got interest in emerging online accounting or FinTech

+ 2+ years of previous outbound business development experience in a high-tech scale-up environment

+ 2+ years experience leading and coaching a BDR team Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models

+ Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and outlined metrics

+ Strong experience working with Salesforce

+ An enthusiastic team player who is comfortable working with all department leaders

+ Experience with using data and trends to articulate business needs

+ Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience in creating/optimizing internal processes for success
