Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Specialization or certification in a relevant area of practice.
Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
