Senior Program Manager
This position willprovide day to day leadership and focus on the execution of complex Aerospaceand Defense Programs.
The program manager will oversee schedule development,program execution, cost tracking and containment, technical and scheduleperformance.
The program manager will interact with all members of the MACOMteam across business and functional organizations.
Proposal development supportis required as well as providing program execution status updates to customersand MACOM leadership.
Job Duties:

Support proposals including technical, cost/price and contractsvolumes.
Develop and track program milestones and tasks integrated masterschedules and program metrics during program execution.
Provide analysis of customer requirements and provide potentialsolutions.
Understand AS9100 Aerospace and Defense requirements.
Obtain and analyze program metrics in support of overall programassessments and identify program shortfalls and return to green plans toget back on track.
Coordinate material procurement in alignment with programrequirements.
Assess staffing requirements for programs.
Ability tocollaborate across functional areas, executive management, purchasing,contracts, operations, quality, security, human resources, logistics todevelop and deliver products.
Additional Skills:

Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience in program or projectleadership positions required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning
SAP experience required
Contracts acumen preferred
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across the MACOM organizationas well as to customers.
Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred
