Manager of Employee Health Services
SPHS-Employee Health Services
Saint Peter's is the 5th hospital worldwide to earn Magnet status SIX times in a row. Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team.
The Manager of Employee Health Services will:
Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees, including emergency treatment plans.
Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks for candidates and employees.
Chair tasks force to improve health education and resources to employees on topics such as violence prevention and back care.
Collaborate with healthcare, administrative, and operational partners to coordinate all employee health services.
Manage workplace safety programs to prevent injuries and promote a healthy work environment including the preparation and presentation of statistical reports to applicable Committees on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with BSN.
Currently registered/licensed nurse in New Jersey; APN preferred.
Two (2) or more years nursing experience.
Four (4) years experience in a hospital or acute care delivery environment.
Certification in occupational health preferred.
Minimum one (1) year occupational health experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
