• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the DSU/Pain Center and PHA (preoperative holding area) environment. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager and director/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
• Qualifications
• Current Nevada Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Current ACLS & BLS certification.

We have many locations across the region and in our rural communities. Northern Nevada Medical Center, a 124-bed acute care hospital in Sparks, is our flagship provider. A second hospital, Sierra Medical Center, opened in 2022. It is the first full-service hospital built in the region in over a century.
