Full-Time Facilitator - Facilities - Queens

Responsibilities :
+ Responsibility for general lobby appearance, cleanliness and safety
+ Greet and welcome patients and visitors
+ Familiar with the Health Center services and provide direction and assistance for patients and visitors
+ Facilitate smooth traffic flow of patients and visitors
+ Assist patients and visitors with elevator service
+ Receive parcels and facilitate delivery to the various departments
+ Familiar with Emergency protocols and participate when indicated
+ Oversee parking lot traffic and maintain cleanliness
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications :
+ High school diploma or the equivalent
+ Bilingual in English/Chinese preferred
+ 2 years of customer service experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits :
+ Salary: $35,000.00 - 36,000.00 per year
