Le laboratoire EUROFINS CBM69 , est un laboratoire dynamique, composé de 18 sites dont 4 plateaux techniques et qui souhaite intensifier sa présence sur l'agglomération lyonnaise et sa région.

Laboratoire à taille humaine, EUROFINS CBM69 souhaite préserver l'autonomie de fonctionnement de chacun de ses sites en développant la polyvalence de ses collaborateurs.
A l'occasion de l'ouverture de notre tout nouveau laboratoire dans la galerie marchande de la Part Dieu, nous recherchons des secrétaires médicals.
Dans le cadre de votre activité, vous serez amené à :
Accueillir les patients au téléphone et au laboratoire
Assurer l'enregistrement des dossiers des patients dans le SIL (y compris domicile et établissements de soin)
Assurer la prise en charge et la facturation des dossiers
Réaliser les encaissements à l'accueil
Editer et vérifier la caisse de fin de journée
Traiter les cotations et facturations des examens sous-traités
Traiter les relances AMO et AMC
Editer, vérifier et expédier les relances patients
Editer et expédier les bordereaux des correspondants régleurs, solder les dossiers, relancer
Effectuer les rapprochements bancaire .

Etes titulaire d'un diplôme de secrétaire médical
Bénéficiez idéalement d'au moins 1 an d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires en laboratoire de biologie médicale

Faites preuve de méthodologie et de discrétion
Aimez travailler au service des autres

Poste à pourvoir à partir de juin.
Salaire : à partir de 1798.09 € brut par mois selon profil
Horaires
Poste en 35 heures réparties sur 3 ou 4 jours par semaine
Du lundi au vendredi : 7h00 - 19h30
Le samedi : 7h00 - 18h00
